Part one is the bi-weekly discussion of our reading selection.

Part two is support with deeper dive with tips, ideas, and next steps. Some books encourage us to take our reading to the applied stage in life.

Then we jump into a discussion for inspiration that makes our lives so much better. Community is for the friendship and supportive aspect!

Nutrition/Diet

Your body is your own. What is good for you is not necessarily what your closest friend is going feel good with. You have your own plan!

Is that even good for me?

Maybe and maybe not. Let's find out.

When to do it? What does a fast look like?

Thinking - is it True

Our thinking plays a huge part in our lives. For too long it has been down played and not accessed. Let's examine that closer.

Exercise

We were made to move. So move we must. What does that look like for you?

It again varies.

Inspiration

We all have a story and we can tell it. We find inspiration and boldness in the stories of others. Let's explore the lives of others.

Supplements
